Messer is Chef Ashley Davis' second chapter in his storytelling of the European approach to produce, cooking and food experiences.

This chapter brings to life the rituals of sourcing peak-season produce and designing dishes that bring the ingredients to life from fire and smoke to pickle, brine or simply preparing with detail and technique to let the ingredients shine.
